Health Wellbeing Zone provides health and wellness services including but not limited to general healthcare consultations, preventive healthcare programs, women's healthcare services, online telehealth consultations, and health and life insurance guidance. Our services are provided by licensed, board-certified healthcare professionals and are intended for informational and wellness purposes. They do not replace emergency medical services.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, legally competent to enter into binding agreements, and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
The information and services provided through our platform are not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on our website or received through our services. In case of a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number immediately.
Online consultations are conducted via our HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. By participating in telehealth services, you acknowledge that: (a) the provider may not be able to perform a physical examination, which may limit the scope of diagnosis; (b) technical difficulties may interrupt or terminate the session; (c) you are responsible for ensuring a private, quiet environment during your consultation; and (d) the provider reserves the right to recommend an in-person visit if your condition requires it.
Payment for services is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our platform. All prices are listed in US dollars. Subscription plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled at no charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in your service agreement. Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of booking privileges.
Our insurance guidance services are provided for informational and educational purposes. We are not an insurance company, insurance agent, or broker unless explicitly stated. We do not guarantee coverage, premium amounts, or claim approvals. Any insurance enrollment is subject to the terms and conditions of the respective insurance carrier. We strongly recommend reviewing all policy documents carefully before enrollment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Wellbeing Zone, its directors, employees, partners, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Health Wellbeing Zone and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
